This page sets forth the general terms of use, prohibited content, and resource usage policies regarding Hosting and Reseller services offered through www.sunucun.com.tr.

HOSTING AND RESELLER SERVICES
- The hourly e-mail sending limit is 50. Sunucun may unilaterally update this limit for operational reasons.
- Backups taken by the Customer may be stored in the system for a maximum of 15 days and may be automatically deleted thereafter.
- Packages may not be used for file sharing, data storage, download centers, archiving, or solely for backup purposes.
- Packages may not be used for bulk/spam e-mail sending; Sunucun may apply limitations/suspensions when deemed necessary.
- The Customer is ultimately responsible for backups.
- The goodwill quota for backups is 5 GB; no guarantee is provided if exceeded.
- No 100% success guarantee is provided for free website migration services.
- “Unlimited” features are subject to a fair use policy.
- Unless otherwise stated, the CPU usage limit is 100% of a single core (can be increased depending on the package).
- The file count (inode) limit is 200,000 unless otherwise stated.
- Park/alias domains may only be used for simultaneous publication of the existing site.
- Addon/alias domains must be registered in the user account; proof of domain ownership is the Customer’s responsibility.
- On shared infrastructure, PHP functions not offered in the control panel may not be provided.
- SSH access is disabled on shared services.
- Functions such as exec, escapeshellarg, popen, proc_open, etc. may be disabled for security reasons.
- Sunucun may monitor resource usage and automatically restrict/suspend services in case of overuse.
- Sunucun may change IP/server/infrastructure for operational reasons.
- Campaigns/discounts/promotions apply per account. In cases of misuse, services may be suspended and the discount difference collected.
- Each account may have only one administrator account. If multiple similar accounts are created, services may be suspended.
- Sunucun reserves the right to terminate the service and deny refunds when deemed necessary.
- Sunucun may change/update packages and related provisions at any time.
SHARED INFRASTRUCTURE AND E-MAIL DELIVERY
All “hosting” services are on a shared infrastructure; they do not imply personal/dedicated allocation.
E-mail delivery is subject to recipient servers, RBL lists, and third-party filtering policies. Therefore, inbox delivery is not guaranteed. SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration related to the domain is the Customer’s responsibility.

DOMAIN NAMES NOT PERMITTED FOR REGISTRATION/TRANSFER
Domain names in violation of Law No. 5651 and related legislation, containing bank/payment institution names, infringing copyright, or falling into high-risk categories are excluded from registration, transfer, or hosting. Upon detection, they may be removed from service without prior warning.

PROHIBITED CONTENT
Content in violation of Law No. 5651 and related legislation, as well as the following, is strictly prohibited:
- Toplist, IRC script/bot/IRCD
- Proxy/anonymizer, phishing
- Image hosting services
- PTC/PTS/PPC systems
- IP scanners, brute-force tools, spam/mailer software
- Commercial banner networks, file upload/mirror services
- Commercial audio/radio broadcasts
- HYIP/ponzi/MLM systems, gambling, games of chance
- Hacking-related content, warez, fake sites
- Bulk SMS systems
- Cryptocurrency mining or exchanges
- Child pornography and other illegal content
Additional Rule: Cron jobs may not be run at intervals shorter than 15 minutes on shared hosting/reseller accounts.

RESOURCE USAGE AND SERVICE QUALITY
- A high service standard is essential for all customers; resource consumption that negatively affects neighboring users is not permitted.
- A zero-tolerance policy for spam is applied in the e-mail service.
- The value of data is determined by the Customer; backup responsibility lies entirely with the Customer. The existence of backups within Sunucun does not create an obligation to deliver/restore.
- A “fair use” principle applies.
- Insults, threats, or abusive behavior toward Sunucun staff are grounds for immediate suspension/termination of the service; no refund will be provided.
