TCP, g\u00f6nderilen verilerin do\u011fru s\u0131rada, eksiksiz ve hatas\u0131z bir \u015fekilde iletilmesini garanti alt\u0131na al\u0131rken; IP, bu verilerin karma\u015f\u0131k a\u011f yap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7inde do\u011fru adrese y\u00f6nlendirilmesinden sorumludur.
