Dijital d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha fazla veri \u00fcretmesi ve bu verinin anl\u0131k olarak i\u015flenmesi ihtiyac\u0131, depolama teknolojilerinde devrim niteli\u011finde geli\u015fmeleri zorunlu k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Depolama teknolojisinin evrimi, mekanik disklerden kat\u0131 hal s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerine (SSD) do\u011fru ilerlerken, bu s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ileti\u015fim protokolleri uzun bir s\u00fcre bu h\u0131za ayak uyduramad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"SATA_Arayuzu_ve_AHCI_Protokolu\"><\/span>SATA Aray\u00fcz\u00fc ve AHCI Protokol\u00fc<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>SATA (Serial ATA), temel olarak d\u00f6nen plakalara sahip mekanik sabit disklerin (HDD) ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclerek tasarlanm\u0131\u015f bir aray\u00fczd\u00fcr. Veri aktar\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in bir kablo arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla anakart \u00fczerindeki bir denetleyiciye ba\u011flan\u0131r. SSD&#8217;ler ilk \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, mevcut sistemlerle uyumluluk sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla bu SATA aray\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc kullanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Bu durum, HDD&#8217;lere g\u00f6re devasa bir h\u0131z art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flasa da asl\u0131nda SSD&#8217;nin ger\u00e7ek potansiyelini k\u0131s\u0131tlayan bir darbo\u011faz olu\u015fturdu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu darbo\u011faz\u0131n temel sebebi, SATA aray\u00fcz\u00fc ile birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan AHCI (Advanced Host Controller Interface) protokol\u00fcd\u00fcr. AHCI, yine mekanik disklerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma mant\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Mekanik disklerde okuma\/yazma kafas\u0131n\u0131n fiziksel olarak hareket etmesi gerekti\u011finden, komutlar\u0131n tek bir s\u0131ra halinde i\u015flenmesi mant\u0131kl\u0131yd\u0131. AHCI, bu mant\u0131kla, yaln\u0131zca 32 komut derinli\u011finde tek bir komut kuyru\u011funu destekler. Bu, bir seferde yaln\u0131zca 32 iste\u011fin s\u0131raya al\u0131nabilece\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelir. SATA\/AHCI gibi eski standartlar\u0131n aksine, NVMe verilerin i\u015flemciye \u00e7ok daha verimli bir yoldan ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Bu teknolojinin arkas\u0131ndaki temel prensipler, modern bilgi i\u015flem mimarilerinin taleplerini kar\u015f\u0131lamak \u00fczere \u015fekillendirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"PCI_Express_PCIe_Arayuzunun_Gucu\"><\/span>PCI Express (PCIe) Aray\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn G\u00fcc\u00fc<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>NVMe&#8217;nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck devrimi, SATA denetleyicisi gibi arac\u0131lar\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rarak do\u011frudan PCI Express (PCIe) veri yolunu kullanmas\u0131d\u0131r. PCIe, ekran kartlar\u0131 gibi y\u00fcksek bant geni\u015fli\u011fi gerektiren bile\u015fenlerin i\u015flemciyle do\u011frudan ileti\u015fim kurdu\u011fu yoldur. NVMe SSD&#8217;ler de bu yolu kullanarak, verileri CPU&#8217;ya minimum gecikmeyle ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. AHCI&#8217;nin 32 komutluk tek bir kuyru\u011funa kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, NVMe tam <strong>65,536 adet komut kuyru\u011funu<\/strong> destekler. \u00dcstelik bu kuyruklar\u0131n her biri, 65,536 adet komutu kendi i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131rabilir.
