Windows sunuculara ve bilgisayarlara uzaktan eri\u015fim sa\u011flaman\u0131n en yayg\u0131n yollar\u0131ndan biri, Microsoft taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen <a href=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Uzak_Masa%C3%BCst%C3%BC_Protokol%C3%BC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Uzak Masa\u00fcst\u00fc Protokol\u00fc<\/a> (Remote Desktop Protocol &#8211; RDP) kullanmakt\u0131r. Varsay\u0131lan olarak, RDP ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 TCP port 3389 \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. Bu standart portun d\u00fcnya genelindeki t\u00fcm siber sald\u0131rganlar taraf\u0131ndan bilinmesi, RDP hizmeti a\u00e7\u0131k olan sunucular\u0131 otomatik tarama ve kaba kuvvet (brute-force) sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in birincil hedef haline getirir. Sunucu g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flaman\u0131n temel ad\u0131mlar\u0131ndan biri, bu iyi bilinen varsay\u0131lan portu, tahmin edilmesi daha zor olan \u00f6zel bir port numaras\u0131 ile de\u011fi\u015ftirmektir. Bu de\u011fi\u015fiklik, sunucunuzu hedef alan otomatik sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu an\u0131nda engelleyerek \u00f6nemli bir koruma katman\u0131 ekler.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsaml\u0131 rehberde, Windows sunucunuzda RDP portunu de\u011fi\u015ftirme i\u015fleminin neden bu kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu, bu i\u015flemin nas\u0131l g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve dikkat edilmesi gereken kritik noktalar\u0131 ad\u0131m ad\u0131m ele alaca\u011f\u0131z. Hem Kay\u0131t Defteri (Registry Editor) hem de PowerShell kullanarak port de\u011fi\u015ftirme y\u00f6ntemlerini detayl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde inceleyece\u011fiz. G\u00fcvenlik Riskleri Nelerdir?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Uzak Masa\u00fcst\u00fc Protokol\u00fc, sistem y\u00f6neticilerine ve kullan\u0131c\u0131lara sunucular\u0131 ve i\u015f istasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 uzaktan y\u00f6netme konusunda muazzam bir esneklik sunar. Ancak bu kolayl\u0131k, do\u011fru \u015fekilde yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ciddi g\u00fcvenlik risklerini de beraberinde getirir. Varsay\u0131lan RDP portu olan 3389&#8217;u kullanmaya devam etmenin getirdi\u011fi temel riskleri anlamak, port de\u011fi\u015ftirme i\u015fleminin \u00f6nemini kavramak i\u00e7in kritik \u00f6neme sahiptir.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Otomatik_Taramalar_ve_Kaba_Kuvvet_Brute-Force_Saldirilari\"><\/span>Otomatik Taramalar ve Kaba Kuvvet (Brute-Force) Sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Siber sald\u0131rganlar, internete ba\u011fl\u0131 sistemleri s\u00fcrekli olarak tarayan botnet&#8217;ler ve otomatik ara\u00e7lar kullan\u0131r. Bu ara\u00e7lar\u0131n ilk hedeflerinden biri, a\u00e7\u0131k olan 3389 numaral\u0131 porttur. Bir sistemin bu port \u00fczerinden yan\u0131t verdi\u011fini tespit ettiklerinde, otomatik olarak kaba kuvvet sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na ba\u015flarlar. Bu sald\u0131r\u0131larda, s\u0131k kullan\u0131lan kullan\u0131c\u0131 adlar\u0131 (Administrator, admin, test, user vb.) ve milyonlarca parola kombinasyonundan olu\u015fan s\u00f6zl\u00fckler denenir. Parolan\u0131z yeterince g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc de\u011filse veya kolay tahmin edilebilir bir desene sahipse, sunucunuza yetkisiz eri\u015fim sa\u011flanmas\u0131 an meselesidir. RDP portunu de\u011fi\u015ftirmek, bu otomatik taramalar\u0131n sunucunuzu bulmas\u0131n\u0131 neredeyse imkans\u0131z hale getirir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc sald\u0131rganlar standart olmayan bir portu taramak i\u00e7in \u00e7ok daha fazla zaman ve kaynak harcamak zorunda kal\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sifir_Gun_Zero-Day_ve_Bilinen_Zafiyetler\"><\/span>S\u0131f\u0131r G\u00fcn (Zero-Day) ve Bilinen Zafiyetler<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Microsoft, zaman zaman RDP hizmetinde g\u00fcvenlik a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131 ke\u015ffeder ve bunlar i\u00e7in yamalar yay\u0131nlar. Ancak, yama y\u00f6netimi s\u00fcre\u00e7leri yava\u015f olan veya g\u00fcncellemeleri ihmal eden sistemler, bu bilinen zafiyetlere kar\u015f\u0131 savunmas\u0131z kal\u0131r. Sald\u0131rganlar, Shodan gibi arama motorlar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak varsay\u0131lan port 3389&#8217;u a\u00e7\u0131k olan ve belirli bir zafiyete sahip sistemleri kolayca listeleyebilir. Portu de\u011fi\u015ftirmek, sisteminizi bu t\u00fcr toplu taramalardan gizleyerek, bir yama uygulanana kadar size de\u011ferli bir zaman kazand\u0131r\u0131r ve hedef olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ransomware_Fidye_Yazilimi_Tehdidi\"><\/span>Ransomware (Fidye Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131) Tehdidi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda artan ransomware sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131, RDP \u00fczerinden s\u0131zarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir. Sald\u0131rganlar, zay\u0131f parolalar\u0131 k\u0131rarak veya bilinen bir zafiyetten faydalanarak RDP \u00fczerinden sunucuya eri\u015fim sa\u011flad\u0131ktan sonra, fidye yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sisteme yayar ve t\u00fcm verileri \u015fifreler. Bu durum, i\u015f s\u00fcreklili\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan felaketle sonu\u00e7lanabilir ve ciddi finansal kay\u0131plara yol a\u00e7abilir. Standart d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir port kullanmak, bu t\u00fcr sald\u0131r\u0131lar i\u00e7in giri\u015f noktas\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rarak en etkili \u00f6nleyici tedbirlerden birini olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Adim_Adim_Uzak_Masaustu_RDP_Portu_Nasil_Degistirilir\"><\/span>Ad\u0131m Ad\u0131m: Uzak Masa\u00fcst\u00fc (RDP) Portu Nas\u0131l De\u011fi\u015ftirilir<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>RDP portunu de\u011fi\u015ftirmek, dikkatli bir \u015fekilde izlenmesi gereken birka\u00e7 ad\u0131mdan olu\u015fur. \u0130\u015flem temel olarak Kay\u0131t Defteri&#8217;nde (Registry) bir de\u011feri de\u011fi\u015ftirmeyi ve ard\u0131ndan G\u00fcvenlik Duvar\u0131&#8217;nda (Firewall) yeni porta izin veren bir kural olu\u015fturmay\u0131 i\u00e7erir.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Adim_1_Yeni_Bir_Port_Numarasi_Secimi\"><\/span>Ad\u0131m 1: Yeni Bir Port Numaras\u0131 Se\u00e7imi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u0130lk ad\u0131m, yeni ve g\u00fcvenli bir port numaras\u0131 se\u00e7mektir. Port se\u00e7imi yaparken a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki kurallara dikkat etmek \u00f6nemlidir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u0130yi Bilinen Portlardan Ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n:<\/strong> 0 ile 1023 aras\u0131ndaki portlar, standart servisler (HTTP, FTP, SSH vb.) i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu aral\u0131ktan bir port se\u00e7meyin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kay\u0131tl\u0131 Port Aral\u0131\u011f\u0131:<\/strong> 1024 ile 49151 aras\u0131ndaki portlar, \u00e7e\u015fitli uygulamalar taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131labilir. Bu aral\u0131ktaki bir portu se\u00e7meden \u00f6nce, sisteminizde ba\u015fka bir servis taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan emin olman\u0131z gerekir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dinamik veya \u00d6zel Port Aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 (\u00d6nerilen):<\/strong> 49152 ile 65535 aras\u0131ndaki portlar, genellikle \u00f6zel veya ge\u00e7ici ba\u011flant\u0131lar i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r ve bir servis taraf\u0131ndan rezerve edilme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olan aral\u0131kt\u0131r. G\u00fcvenlik i\u00e7in bu aral\u0131ktan bir port se\u00e7mek en iyi pratiktir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, 55482 gibi rastgele g\u00f6r\u00fcnen bir port se\u00e7ebilirsiniz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Adim_2_Windows_Kayit_Defteri_Regedit_Uzerinden_Port_Degisikligi\"><\/span>Ad\u0131m 2: Windows Kay\u0131t Defteri (Regedit) \u00dczerinden Port De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Uyar\u0131:<\/strong> Kay\u0131t Defteri&#8217;nde yanl\u0131\u015f bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik yapmak sisteminizin karars\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na veya hi\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131lmamas\u0131na neden olabilir. Bu ad\u0131mlara ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce Kay\u0131t Defteri&#8217;nin bir yede\u011fini alman\u0131z \u015fiddetle tavsiye edilir.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Kay\u0131t Defteri D\u00fczenleyicisi&#8217;ni a\u00e7\u0131n:<\/strong> Ba\u015flat men\u00fcs\u00fcne `regedit` yaz\u0131n ve Enter tu\u015funa bas\u0131n. Bu de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fin ge\u00e7erli olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in sunucuyu yeniden ba\u015flatman\u0131z gerekecektir, ancak bu i\u015flemi G\u00fcvenlik Duvar\u0131 kural\u0131n\u0131 ekledikten sonra yap\u0131n.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Adim_3_Guvenlik_Duvari_Firewall_Kurali_Olusturma\"><\/span>Ad\u0131m 3: G\u00fcvenlik Duvar\u0131 (Firewall) Kural\u0131 Olu\u015fturma<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Kay\u0131t Defteri&#8217;nde portu de\u011fi\u015ftirmek tek ba\u015f\u0131na yeterli de\u011fildir. Windows G\u00fcvenlik Duvar\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n bu yeni port \u00fczerinden gelen TCP trafi\u011fine izin vermesi gerekir. Aksi takdirde, uzaktan ba\u011flant\u0131 kuramazs\u0131n\u0131z.
